Help with download

Hi.  I just downloaded Adobe Premiere Elements 11.  I am very new to this program.  I also have Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. 

I tried to download media to the Adobe Premiere Elements 11, but I get to 63% of the download and than the download stops at this 63%. 

I know I am doing something wrong.  I have a mac mini.  I prefer to use the Adobe Premiere Elements 11 and remove the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11.  I am working on a project and feel that the Adobe Premiere Elements 11 has much to offer for doing my project.
