How to detect whether the browser is ie11?

Hi all,
I was detecting browser for ie by using #CGI.HTTP_USER_AGENT# CONTAINS "MSIE" this.

Looks like internet explorer 11 does not contain MSIE. How can i detect ie 11 by using the same method?
