What steps need to be taken with the firewall to permit access in the LAN to the development server running Cold Fusion's built-in web server? Simply opening port 80 doesn't seem to be sufficient; by default, Windows 2008 Server R2 is still blocking the programs themselves. Pasted below is one example, from a block notification, but I need a complete list so that I can be sure I've permitted access to everything that's needed. Even though the access is just from within the LAN, for testing purposes (at this time), I still like to keep the firewall running as a best practice.
Cheers,
Shane
