JVM minimum and maximum heap size for a server with 32gb of memory

Have a couple of new servers with 16gb memory running CF 10 enterprise.

Nothing else running on the boxes, so how should I configure my JVM heap for that much memory?

Is a higher amount a concern for practical garbage collection?
