APSB13-19 Installation problem

APSB13-19 does not play nice with another JRUN hotfix we deployed: http://helpx.adobe.com/legacy/kb/error-response-been-closed-illegalsta teexception.html

CF is throwing out this error if both hotfixes were found in /server/lib directory:
