tag in cfmail subject

Hi,

is <b> tag work win subject?

<cfset variables.subject = "Access for <b>#form.name#</b> has been removed. " />

<cfmail from="#variables.mailFrom#" to="#variables.mailto#" subject="#variables.subject#" type="html">
    .......
    </cfmail>

Email sent with subject:
Access for <b>#John Smith#</b> has been removed.  How can  bold the name John Smith?
